This Regulation shall be applicable to registration of the consumption of ozone depleting substances and it shall represent systematized, periodically updated, revised and updated public data bank. The Regulation shall be applicable to legal and natural persons, producing, importing, exporting of ozone depleting substances, and also using them, or equipment containing them for work, or servicing equipment containing ozone depleting substances.
