Ministerial Decree No. 1129 amending Ministerial Decree No. 172 validating the Regulation on transfer of land of protected areas to reserve land.

Item 8 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Transfer of land of protected areas shall be performed after positive conclusion of environmental audit based on technical and economic substantiation and after public hearing on the issue”.
