Ministerial Decree No. 1133 validating the Regulation on use of finances destined for compulsory insurance in the field of plant cultivation.

This Ministerial Decree regulates the modalities of utilization of finances destined for compulsory insurance in the field of plant cultivation. The aforesaid finances allocated out of state budget shall be used for the following purposes: (a) reimbursement to the insurance carrier of fifty percent of insurance payment due to unfavourable natural phenomena; and (b) deposits of temporarily surplus funds at the National Bank or investment thereof in government securities.
