This Decree provides for the restructuring of the National Committee which follows-up the implementation of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES). The Decree provides for the duties of the Committee including the requirements of exporting and importing of wild animals and birds to the central Department od wildlife conservation.
