The Government decrees to make the following amendments to the Regulation on the Federal Plant Quarantine Service. Paragraph 2 acquires a new wording: "Federal Plant Quarantine Service includes Federal Quarantine Inspection of the Ministry of Agriculture, Pan-Russian Plant Quarantine Research Institute and its branches, Border Federal and State Plant Quarantine Inspections, State Inspections and other divisions making part of the centralised Federal Plant Quarantine Service." Paragraph 3 acquire
