Ministerial Decree No. 1143 validating the norms of exploitable volume of fuel in the period autumn-winter for energy producing organizations.

This Ministerial Decree validates the norms of storage of exploitable volume of fuel in the period autumn-winter for energy producing organizations and establishes formula for calculation of consumption thereof by energy producing organizations. It shall be applicable either to liquid or to solid fuels.
