The Regulation consists of 3 Sections composed of 23 issues dealing with the following matters: 1) general provisions (sect. 1, issues 1-8); 2) the main tasks of the state forest reserve (sect. 2, issue 9); 3) protection of the state forest reserve (sect. 3, issues 10-23). The state forest reserve Zorkul shall have as its purpose the conservation of rare and endangered animals and plants in their natural habitats. The state forest reserve Zorkul shall have the following tasks: 1) conservation an
