This Ministerial Decree declares the health resort of Federal importance Nalchik a protected area, establishing its boundaries and functional purpose. The main natural medicinal resources of Nalchik are mineral water, therapeutic mud and a beneficial climate. Such resources shall be used for medicinal and recreational purposes and to bottle mineral water. Use of mineral water and therapeutic mud shall be licensed. Use of the land, forests and parks within the protected area shall be restricted.
