Ministerial Decree No. 123044 amending Ministerial Decree No. 128416 regarding parallel imports of plant protection products.

The Decree amends paragraph 1a of article 3 to Ministerial Decree No. 128416 regarding the commercial name of the “identical” plant protection product to be imported. The name of the product shall be chosen by the importer and shall be stated on the accompanying documentation required according to the provisions of the same Decree.
