The present Decree abrogates certain Decisions by the Supreme Chemical Council of the State regarding the food sector. More specifically, Decrees Nos. 35/2001, 517/2002, 519/2002, 335/2004, 400/2004, 38/2005, 373/2005 and 435/2005 are hereby abrogated.
