The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. Inter-Departmental Commission is set up for the purpose of examination and elaboration of the proposals as regards the organization and carrying out of the measures on the prevention and elimination of the consequences from delivery and spreading on the national territory of especially dangerous infectious humane, animal, plant disease and toxic substances. The main targets of the Commission are: 1). Elaboration of the common national policy for
