Council of Ministers, for the purpose of raising up production and supply of agricultural commodities by personal farms, decrees to oblige provincial and district executive bodies to ensure in accordance with the established modalities allotment to citizens in accordance with their applications of additional plots of land of 3 hectares for the purpose of growing fodder for cattle, pigs, sheep, rabbits and poultry and production of other agricultural commodities with their subsequent sale to the
