Committee of Transport Control is an institution within the sphere of competence of the Ministry of transport and Communications entitled to carry out special executive, control and survey functions, and also inter-departmental coordination in the sphere pertaining to its sphere of competence. The principal tasks of the Committee include: 1) participation in the elaboration and carrying out state policy in the sphere of transport and communications; 2) creation of conditions normal functioning o
