This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities, terms and methods of felling within state forest fund and it shall be mandatory for all forest owners and forest users. The main tasks of felling within state forest fund shall be: (a) continuous and inexhaustible forest management and rational use of forest resources; (b) increase of sustainability and productivity of forests and of their protection functions; (c) conservation and reproduction of forests through afforestation of felling areas
