This Ministerial Decree establishes that the National Extraordinary Anti-epidemic Commission shall be responsible for the supervision over potable water supply and improvement of potable water quality at the communal and departmental water supply systems and decentralized sources of potable water supply. The Commission shall carry out purposeful inspection of environment and of potable water supply sources with a view of prevention of spreading of alimentary infection.
