The Government decrees to validate the amendments and additions to some Ministerial Decrees concerning the realization of Federal Special Programs. It modifies Ministerial Decree No.919 of 1998 regarding FSP "World Ocean" in the following manner: denomination "Ministry of Economy of the Russian Federation" is substituted by "Russian Shipbuilding Agency", while denomination "Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Russian Federation" is substituted by "Federal Fisheries Committee of the Russian F
