This Ministerial Decree establishes that Federal regulations and requirements shall be validated by the Federal Executive Bodies and shall be applicable to safe management of nuclear energy, including nuclear, radiation and technical safety requirements, registration and inspection of nuclear materials, radioactive substances and radioactive waste management.
