Ministerial Decree No. 158/1999 amending article 117 of the Food Code concerning bread dough.

This Decree approves the Decision by the Supreme Council of Chemistry by which article 117 of the Food Code is amended by adding point (b) to paragraph 12. Point 12b prescribes requirements for high-humidity bread dough.
