Royalties for state registration of sea, river and small-size vessels is fixed: 1. for sea vessels – monthly index in force at the day of payment multiplied by 60; 2. for river vessels – monthly index in force at the day of payment multiplied by 15; 3. for small-size self-propelled vessels over 37 kilowatt – monthly index in force at the day of payment multiplied by 3, for small-size self-propelled vessels up to 37 kilowatt – monthly index in force at the day of payment multiplied by 2, for smal
