This Decree amends the first paragraph of articles 24 and 31 of the executive Regulations of Ministerial Decree No. 1030 of 2003 on the establishment of a cooperative insurance fund on fishing boats for water resources’ cooperatives and their members. Article 24 provides for the compensation fund of social insurance of then thousand pounds in case of death resulting from work.
