This Decree regulates permit given to real and legal persons for logging and use of forest resources and products. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources specifies the local forestry enterprises for issuance of permit to forest users. This Decree sets out principles and procedures of forestry permits. Furthermore, this Decree regulates compensation of losses and damage given to forests. The templates of the forestry permits are attached to this Decree in the appendix.
