In accordance with the present Regulation a licence issued by the Ministry of Economy is an official document authorizing legal persons irrespectively of the form of property and organizational and legal form, and also physical persons engaged in entrepreneurial activity (applicants), to carry out the following types of activity: 1) geological study of subsoil; 2) exploration and abstraction of groundwater, industrial extraction of non-metallic building minerals, semi-precious and precious stone
