Ministerial Decree No. 18 on state regulation of extraction, trade and export of timber of precious forest species.

The Government, in order to protect national interests in the process of extraction, trade and export of timber of precious forest species, stipulates that from 15 February 1999 exports of timber of oak, beech and ash shall be subject to licensing requirements.
