This Ministerial Decree establishes that catch of anadromous fish species shall be transported to acceptance points located in the areas adjacent to fishing areas, the list of which shall be validated by the regional executive body by agreement with the Federal Fisheries Agency. Legalization of catch and fish products shall be performed by customs and border officials. The period of legalization of catch and fish products shall not exceed 3 hours.
