Ministerial Decree No. 1851 validating the Regulation on state supervision over the state, management, protection, conservation of forest fund and reforestation.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of state supervision over the state, management, protection, conservation of forest fund and reforestation. State supervision shall be carried out by the officials of State Forest Service subordinated to the Ministry of Forest Management and by the officials of the State Inspection for Protection of Animal and Vegetable Kingdom attached to the President of the Republic of Belarus. The aforesaid officials shall have the following plenary powers:
