Item 16 shall acquire a new wording: "16. Federal Fisheries Agency shall allocate annually: (а) by 1 May quota for catch of the Pacific salmon for scientific research purpose; (b) by 20 May quotas for catch of the Pacific salmon for coastal fisheries, for fish farming, stock enhancement, acclimatization and educational purposes.”
