This Decree states that technical specifications of emission for stationary sources of hazardous substances emitted in atmospheric air shall be determined according to the standards and guidelines in force. Furthermore technical criteria for emission for transport, other kinds of mobile means and the facilities as a source of pollution of atmospheric air shall be determined in accordance with the standards set by the CIS Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Certification.
