Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decrees as follows: 1). To validate the proposed Simplified order of land share and its registration. 2). The Committee on land resources and land management attached to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and its local branches should determine the size of a land share on the basis of the order approved by the present Decree. Land share in all agricultural enterprises (except for experimental, scientific-research, educational, nu
