The Prime Minister decrees that Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Survey Service is a federal executive body authorized to carry out functions of control and supervision in the sphere of veterinary, quarantine and plant protection, selection achievements, protection, stock enhancement and use of wildlife species subject to hunting and aquatic biodiversity.
