This Decree is composed of 8 articles and is concerned with the organization of transport of bee-hives between the provinces and states. Article 1 prohibits the transfer of hives between provinces or between states for grazing purposed unless an official written approval is obtained from the Directorate General or the competent department or the Agricultural development center. Article 2 lays down the requirements for obtaining this approval. Article 3 states the procedures for the transfer of h
