This Decree states that the list of ozone-depleting substances specified by the Montreal Protocol on substances that deplete the ozone layer shall be approved. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources shall revise the list of controlled substances, in such a case, updated information shall be published and notified to relevant state authorities.
