This Ministerial Decree establishes classification and state registration exploitable volume and forecast resource of groundwater by degree of exploration and degree of suitability for economic management thereof. Exploitable volume and forecast resource of groundwater that have passed state geological expertise shall be subject to mandatory state registration.
