This Ministerial Decree establishes that legal persons that have concluded contracts for water discharge to centralized sewerage system and carrying out manufacturing and production activity shall be subject to application of maximum allowable limits of discharge of pollutants, other substances and microorganisms. Average daily discharge of pollutants in a single centralized sewerage system shall be more than 200 cubic metres.
