The present Decree establishes the technical details of application as well as the procedure for granting state financial (de minimis) aid to agricultural undertakings, in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 1535/2007. The aid aims at supporting producers of agricultural products in difficulty. The soaring prices of forages in the market, observed in 2012, in combination with the financial crisis of the country, have as a direct consequence the significant increase of all costs
