The Decree provides for replacing paragraph 1, point 1 of article 1 to Ministerial Decree No. 309873/2005 establishing additional measures for the avian flu. According to the new text, keeping of poultry in open spaces (i.e. fields, courtyards, etc.) it is prohibited within the entire national territory. Also, paragraph 1, point 3 of article 1 is hereby repealed.
