The present Decree establishes a new form for the international oil pollution prevention Certificate and its Supplements. The Certificate is issued under the provisions of the international Convention for the prevention of pollution from ships, 1973, as modified by the Protocol of 1978 relating thereto, as amended. This is to certify that at the annual and intermediate surveys required by the provisions of the Convention, the ships and oil tankers are found to comply with the relevant provisions
