The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. This Regulation establishes the modalities of forwarding requests for carrying out marine research work in Exclusive Economic Zone of the Russian Federation and decision making. If marine research work must be carried out even partially in inland sea, territorial sea, sea-coast or with the use of shoreline infrastructure then the modalities of forwarding requests for the aforesaid activity must be carried out in accordance with the Federal Law «
