The Government decrees to validate the list of hazardous substances that include all types of plastic materials, including synthetic ropes, fishing nets and plastic bags for waste collection, consumer waste materials, except for food remnants, fresh fish and its remnants, ammunition, explosives, biological and chemical weapons and the components for their production, substances which chemical composition is unknown and therefore the permissible concentration limits of which can’t be determined,
