The Decree aims at the harmonization of the Greek legislative frame with Council Directive 2006/96/EC adapting certain Directives in the field of free movement of goods, by reason of the accession of Bulgaria and Romania. As far as Directive 1999/45/EC is concerned which relates to the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous preparations, the Annex VI, Part A, point 5 of Decree No. 265/2002 is hereby replaced.
