This Decree provides for replacing paragraph 24, article 3 of Ministerial Decree No. 309873/2005. Each lot of transported domestic poultry must be accompanied by a veterinary certificate. The Decree prescribes the content and procedures for the issuance of this certificate. Also, Annexes II and IV to Decree No. 309873/2005, which have been added with Decree No. 276863/2006 are replaced by Annexes I and II respectively, attached to the present Decree.
