This Decree states that Scientific and Technical Council shall be established, with the participation of National Academy of Science, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents. Furthermore, Institute of Genetic Resources shall be determined as the national coordinator. This Decree underlines that the import of genetically modified plants and planting materials improved through the methods of modern biotechnology
