The Premier decrees to establish that for the determination of comparable cadastre value of area of agricultural land pertaining to a taxpayers on condition of ownership, possession and (or) tenancy, cadastre value of a hectare of agricultural land must be divided into average cadastre value at the regional level and must be multiplied by area of agricultural land pertaining to tax-payer.
