The Decree approves the Decision by the Supreme Council of Chemistry by which article 150 is replaced as follows: "Carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide that is being used for the preparation of drinks and beverages must fulfill the purity criteria prescribed in article 36 ‘specific purity criteria on food additives other than colours and sweeteners of the Food Code".
