This Ministerial Decree provides for the establishment of a Semi-Autonomous Agri-Business Investment Promotion Centre in order to promote the agriculture sector and to enhance and strengthen agriculture investment. Functions of the Centre are outlined in the TCP agreement signed by the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and FAO.
