"Beer" designation may be used only for products obtained through alcoholic fermentation with the substances defined by article 1, paragraph 1 of this Decree. Roasted malt extracts and the additives specified by Ministerial Decree No. 209 of 27 february 1996 can be used for beer processing. Article 2 of this Decree concerns sale designation.
