This Decree provides for replacing certain provisions of Ministerial Decree No. 309873/2005 as regards the prohibition measures for distributing and placing on the market of domestic poultry by establishing terms and conditions of stock farming, transport, marketing of domestic poultry under the direct supervision and monitoring of veterinary services.
