This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of licensing of use of nuclear energy by the Federal Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision Service. Licences shall be issued for the period within which security of the nuclear site shall be guaranteed and substantiated by the outcome of security expertise. The period of validity of licence shall not however exceed 10 years. Licences shall be non-transferable.
