This Ministerial Decree establishes that Federal Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision Service and its territorial bodies shall be the authorized state institution for licensing of activities related to utilization on nuclear energy. Licences shall be issued for a maximum period of 10 years, shall be non-transferable and it shall be applicable exclusively to the licence holder. The form of licence shall be established by the licensing authority and it must contain the following data:
