This Decree sets out the rules for fishing for recreational purposes, when this type of fishing is allowed and the authorizations required. Under Article 4 are set out the requirements to be fulfilled by fishing cooperatives in order to convert their activity. The maritime district concerned may authorize the issuing of licences for fishing for recreational purposes. (8 Articles)
