This Ministerial Decree establishes that decision on expropriation of land plots for subsoil management purposes shall be made by the Federal Agency on Subsoil Management and by the authorized regional executive bodies. Subsoil manager shall submit request for expropriation in accordance with the form validated by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology, specifying the necessity of expropriation due to performance of specific activities related to subsoil management.
